About Us
The Oaks at High Hill conveniently located between Houston, Austin and San Antonio in the beautiful hill country of Schulenburg. Situated along a spring-fed creek over-looking the majestic live oaks trees, our venue is the ideal spot to accommodate groups from 50 to 750 people. The venue has everything from your very own luxury bi-level bridal suite and grooms cottage
to drinks & appetizers under the covered outdoor bar and patio.
For those guests that want to just stroll to their rooms after the event,
we have several overnight cottages to choose from. For those family and friends with RV's, we have hook-ups on site which makes it very convenient for guests to stroll to their luxury camper after the event.

The Venue
The Oaks at High Hill is an ultra modern venue with character, elegance and gorgeous country views. Situated along a spring-fed creek with on-site parking, private service entrance and wide open spaces just 4 miles from Schulenburg. The event space has hardwood floors, towering ceilings, a huge dance floor and a magnificent bar that serves the inside and the covered outdoor bar and patio.
Indoor & Outdoor Ceremony Options
The Oaks at High Hill has several beautiful locations for on-site ceremonies. One of the best live oak trees with unique natural arches and sunset views is incredible. Under the charismatic shimmering crystal chandeliers that hang from 35ft cathedral like ceilings creates an unimaginable experience. We can accommodate up to 750 people with smaller more customized options.
Luxury Bi-Level Bridal Suite & Grooms Saloon
A luxury bi-level bridal suite for the girls, complete with dressing room, 6 make-up stations and salon style chairs, living room, bar and covered outdoor deck with private parking. We also feature the famous grooms saloon for the guys with a walk-in shower, covered outdoor deck and of course; a delicious bbq lunch, iced-down beer and all the supplies for some premium bass fishing.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own caterer. Rehearsal dinner options available also. We can also provide you with a list of local caterers which offer incredible food choices which include bbq, chicken fried steak, green bean casserole, prime rib...
Bar Options
All beer and wine is purchased through us for which we supply all the bar staff, cups, ice, straws etc
You have the following four options:
- Pre-purchase alcohol for the entire event
- Pre-purchase alcohol up to a certain time or when it runs out and then switch to cash bar
- The entire event is cash bar
- Host specific beer/wine and still allow guests to purchase alcohol from the bar. We have a ton in stock!
